The Lord said, Let there be light. Because we live in this evil world, evil environment, full of jealousy, envy, and talking about that. Today we are talking about this evil eye. What is an evil eye all about? We have been talking about many types of witchcraft. We spoke about black magic, white magic, voodoo. Today is about evil eye. And I want you to watch right now what evil eye is all about. Because uh we live among people, not so often they come and say, I hate you, I envy you, but they have evil eye.

People watch you grow, but the smiles hide the envy. Jealousy moves in the shadows, opportunities vanish. Not because you failed, but because your progress was resented. Friends turn into enemies. Support becomes suspicion. They don't want what you have. They want you to lose it. Slowly you make yourself small. You doubt yourself. You lower your dreams to keep others comfortable. That's the curse caused by the evil eye.

It happened to this late Mrs. Barry, because after someone blew a strange powder on her, this is what happened to her. I was unemployed for a long time. I want to say uh for about four to five years. As I was trying to better my life, I received a job from a neighborhood grocery store in our neighborhood. When I started working there, uh I was a cashier and someone had came through the line and they had blew some sort of powder on me. You know, I like looked at the person and I wanted to say something, but mind you, they didn't even purchase anything. They just walked out of the store. I seen the person like frequently, but I never spoke. You know, they never spoke to me. It's just this particular day, and like from that moment on, I couldn't walk. So I had like a relative like come and pick me up, like put me on their back and carry me home. From there, I called the ambulance. The ambulance came and they did an evaluation at the hospital and they told me that nothing was wrong. And I was telling my family member, like, something's wrong, something's wrong. You know, I was suffering with anxiety, my heart was beating really fast. I just, I felt like I was gonna die. This situation happened, and after I lost the job and everything, I feel like my life just spiraled downhill even more. I was scared all the time. I was having bad thoughts. Um, I felt like I thought I was going crazy, honestly. I was addicted to, you know, marijuana and you know, um, pills, and so this person had invited me and I had rejected him a few times. But this particular day, you know, he had invited me again and I was just down, I was down and out. And, you know, I went to the service, I went on Friday, and you know, I felt really good when I left, but still I knew it was something that I needed. So I continued to come. I was coming every single day, Monday through Friday, three services a day. In different services, I felt like things were specifically for me. So I would go home and I would like try to do those things. I mean, you know, stop cursing until you know I wasn't having those anxiety attacks anymore. I wasn't having insomnia. I could actually sleep at night. I would suffer from real bad like withdrawals, like I would be sick, I would be sweating, chills, like didn't want to move, had no energy to clean the house, no energy to cook, no energy to do anything. And I had asked God, I was like, God, and the reason why I kept relapsing wasn't because I wanted to get high, it was because I didn't want to feel how it felt, those withdrawals. I never wanted to feel that feeling. So I just would be taking a drug so I wouldn't feel ill, I want to say. And so I had asked God, I said, God, please, can you please take, if anything, take the withdrawals away. If you take the withdrawals away, I won't ever use any of those things again. And I lied to you, not. It was like immediately the taste was gone. Even when I had stopped using the drugs, I didn't have a feeling like an urge to smoke it. Like honestly, it started making me sick. Today, my life is so much better. Um, I'm able to hold a job. Back then, I couldn't. They always consider me for, you know, higher positions. Right now, I'm in the process of receiving a raise at the job that I am in right now. I've been there for two years. I did graduate. Um, I was super proud of myself, my kids. It was something that I wanted to show them, like, no matter what, because I felt like I was too old to go back to school. Every year, I would like to upgrade my car. Anxiety's gone. Praise God, because that's that I feel like that's the most awful thing you can ever experience. If anybody has ever experienced anxiety, you it feels like you're about to die. Your heart is beating out of your chest. It's gone. Praise God for that. And I'm just grateful. I'm I'm highly grateful for the deliverance, honestly, and and I'll never go back, ever.

And also he feels like his voice is never heard, and all of his past is just coming right back up. It's just flooding in. So he can't seem to escape that.
