We name what it looks like in real life: candles, crystals, herbs, spoken intentions, and rituals meant for protection or healing. Then we ask the harder question: if it needs to be repeated to keep working, is it really freedom, or is it a spiritual hook that keeps pulling you back?

Hi then, may the God of the Bible bless your life. Friday is a day for deliverance at the Universal Church. It is a day that we for almost 50 years, yes, five decades, every Friday, non-stop, we pray for deliverance against darkness. And here in this podcast, whether you are watching us in prison or in your home, office, tablet, iPhone, iPads, your tablet, any cell phone, any device, computer. As we had the episode we named Black Magic. And today we are going to talk about the White Magic. Yes, the types of witchcraft. There is a type of witchcraft that they do, it's called White Magic. And today we are going to watch the story of Mr. Lockheed, this man that together with his mother trying to find like good luck or good blessings, riches, they went to the fortune tailor, and they himself and his mother now they could not sleep. He could not sleep, he had serious problems, even though he went to many uh churches. But what he needed was not a church but deliverance. But I want to show to you right now what white magic is all about.

They call it white magic, the safe kind. Rituals, spells, and focused intention are meant for healing, protection, and positive change. White candles, crystals, herbs, smoke rising like a prayer. It claims to work with natural laws when not against them. No harm, no darkness, just intention. But white magic is still magic. It has access to the source, witchcraft. At first there's relief, calm, control, but the ritual must be repeated to appease the spirits. The candle must stay lit.

Well, darkness to light, where the black white mad some fino has done against you. And the Lord promised in his word to cut off witchcraft. Only God can cut off witchcraft. I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand from your hand. Because maybe due to this witchcraft, this work of voodoo, your hands are accursed. The Lord wants to set you free. When they do what Matic Jesus are the kind of rituals that they do. They light candles, they invoke spirits, they open their books, they read books, they sing songs to the spirits, and this is what the white magic is all about. But the Lord can set you free from this evil that works upon your life. If you feel like somebody did this witchcraft, these rituals against you, you need to be free, completely free. Actually, I have received this letter. Jesca is with us to read this Lera. Somebody in prison, we have changed his name. But since he was born, there was the evil spirit upon his life. His name was changed, but his mother was told even by the doctors to name give him a name before to went for hours.

This is something that I faced in my life and is a reality in a lot of people's lives. Many people don't even take it seriously. They say that they're making things up or doing it for attention. But here in the UBB, we take these things very seriously. And like you've been learning about every Friday, we've been talking about paranormal activity. Here on the segment Letters of Transformation, Bishop Era Joshua reads a letter and he answers this writer here on the episode. So we always change the writer's personal information. And James says, Dear Bishop Earl Joshua, first and foremost, I want to apologize for not being a good writer. The devil has been attacking me since birth. I was supposed to have died the same day I was born. I am twenty-nine years old, and I have an eight-year-old son today. This is my second time incarcerated at TBCJ. I've been working on myself, reading the Bible, talking to God, and I'm ready to change. I used to pray to other gods and quotations. I used to pray to other idols like someone. Anything and everything comes back to you, though. That's how it's been with me. The witchcraft, the spells I did to others, it all came back to me. I am ready to surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ. I feel like all those curses are still attacking me. I've been molested as a child, and those things just can't seem to let me go or leave me alone. I need prayer, I need spiritual counseling. I've been thinking about you for the past two days since you came to the Ferguson unit. I guess God is speaking to me. UB is the only ministry that gives me peace. Thank you, God, and thank you, UBB. I discharge in September, and I'm going to Houston. So I am coming to your church. So, Bishop Barrow Joshua, this writer we're calling James, he has been going through a lot of spiritual attacks in his life. He says that he got involved with witchcraft and curses, spells, and now he's seeing that everything that he did now is coming back to him and he can't shake it off. Like he can't take off. Let's say it was a sweater, he can't take off that sweater. It keeps following him. And this is a reality with evil and spiritual attacks. So, Bishop Ear Joshua, what is your advice? What is your counseling for James and any other writers also facing the same or similar situations?

Counsel For Breaking Curses

Thank you, Jessica. James, let me tell you something. Uh, even though your mother named you gave you a different name, he did not protect you. You need to have the name of Jesus upon you. I'm so sorry that you were free only 10 months. I mean, you think you were free. You left prison, you stayed out there only for 10 months. Now you are in prison again. They gave you another six years in prison. If you are not free from this spirit, when you leave prison, you are gonna go back to prison. And you don't want your son, eight years old, to go back to prison. However, if you are not set free, your son will be in prison as well. As we have father, son, grandson, three, four generations in prison. I you do not say that you have stopped or not praying to the Santa Muerte, but if you have not, pray only to Jesus. He is the only God. No other. In the universal church, you see on the outside, you see the sign over there. Jesus Christ is the Lord. The universal church. This is the sign of the church. Inside of the church, we have on the altar big letters above the altar that also says Jesus Christ is the Lord. We don't watch Pepesta, amen. Nobody, only God. Well, for you to break free, I'm going to pray for you in a few James. The Lord said, I will cut off witchcraft of thine hands or from your hands. Witchcraft or the works of witchcraft will be cut off from your hand. Well, right now we are going to watch the story of this gentleman, Mr. Loki. His life was transformed when he came and he received the strong prayer. Let us watch this.

When I born my mother, she was uh what do you call a fortune teller or a psychic or a reader? Maybe she had been telling him a lot of things, which is true because my house used to be fair. Sometimes when she speaks to you, you know this is your motherfacer. Then sometimes you hear another voice. When she was dying, I went to the hospital. I didn't get too close because I understood that these people just always pass on what they have to use. Then I realize now I'm in a situation. I don't normally feel a bunch of flies like. When a bunch of flies come to my chest, then it starts. Sometimes I feel it in my head. Sometimes when my hand was holding in the night, I go together to the bathroom. I get black holes. Black holes. I got to urinate in some bottle or something. I can't run the bathroom. My bathroom is in my bedroom. Two o'clock in the morning, three o'clock in the morning, not sleeping. And I hear the footsteps of someone walking from a distance. Couch, couch. Walking on the sidewalk. Coming in in the yard. Walk up the steps. I used to lie down, waiting for you, the door open, the door doesn't open, and then I hear the walking in there on the flooring. Bow, pow, pow, to the room, to the bedroom. I used to scare to go to bed. And if I tell my friend that my friend no, I don't scare anything, then no, Loki is a man, I don't make trouble. But he's gonna represent himself.

I will go to the doctor. And the doctor said, You just feel pain, any pain here, any pain there, any pain there? No, no. Two days after feeling pain, that's not physical pain. That's the spiritual pain. My mother, who was in the witchcraft situation, I go to people who are witch and they can't help me. So I become frustrated. You know, sometimes I used to say to myself when I walk down the road, I'm going through all these situations. I said, Is anybody else going through what I'm going through? Maybe if you praise them, you'll feel better. Maybe if you dance, you'll feel better. Every Sunday, I used to look at all the different church programs. One to another, one to another, one to another.

I saw Bishop. Joshua was on the program. I came into church and there was something stabbing me in the back. And he was praying, praying, praying. And he moved. I said, Jesus, Lord, thank you. I couldn't do it because I haven't reached his level. You know, coming into church and praying together is a stronghold. You know, that's the only way you can fight the devil. I couldn't fight it alone by myself. And I come here, and there's a stronghold. This is with unity strength. And everybody prayed together strength. Now I feel so wonderful because there's no palpitation. There's no heartbeat that goes fast, fast. So then my heart is okay. My ankle is okay, my knees is okay, my hips are okay, everything is okay. They did like much better. Even to my um my neck, my neck, my hair used to feel a lot of pain. Oh, that is much better now. Much okay. I think different and see things differently now. I remember telling my wife uh I had um some people done some things to me and I used to be angry with them. I said, no, uh, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what they do. Because Jesus is with me now. He gave me peace in my heart. It's not like peace. You know what? Before I came to the church, you know when night meeting you're scared? I used to scare to sleep. And night meeting I used to scare to sleep. I'm telling you this. The torment was so much to me that if I could have seen them, I think they would have visit me in prison. Because it's so much, oh God. The four years sleepless night. Your heart palpitates, you know, night. Used to use, I used to use a hundred milligram metal topolum. This is a new chapter in my life. As you ask the Lord, then make you a new creature. Jesus is good, he's great, he's forever. Nobody else will never.

Water Prayer For Deliverance

You know what I mean? He just said Jesus Christ is the same forever, and he set Mr. Locke free. He's going to free you as well from all sorts of evil. Right now is the moment for the prayer. Dispersed that is in the hospital, dispersed that is in prison, at home, cannot sleep well at all. I rebuke this evil from their lives. Whatever evil spirits that bombard their mind, evil thoughts, suicidal thoughts, the spirit that speaks to dispersa day and night, I rebuke you, evil spirit. And I command right now, in the name of Jesus, open your eyes. When we say get out, you are going to do like this. You are going to say, Get out of my life in Jesus' name. Place your hands upon your head, close your eyes, and I say, In Jesus Christ's name, all evil spirits. Right now, you say in Jesus' name, get out and never return. Be set free, be blessed right now, in Jesus' name. Amen. Breathe in and out. Amen. Well, just like Mr. Loki, he saw us on the TV. You see us on this podcast, on your tablet, over the internet.
