Feeling Troubled
When pain feels overwhelming, remembrance becomes an anchor. This episode explores a psalmist’s rhythm of faith—crying out honestly, then recalling what God has already done. Rooted in the truth that God does not change, we reflect on hope that steadies the heart, pray for healing, provision, and restoration, and share simple ways to practice remembrance in the middle of a hard week.
Here on Soul Food Podcast, Motivational Mondays with Bishop Joshua. Hello dear friends. May the garden for the Bible bless your life. God is not a man that he should lie or change his mind. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. He said, I cried out with my voice. And God gave ear to my prayer. And he said, In the day of trouble, in the day of my trouble, I sought the Lord. He said, I will remember the works of the Lord. Surely I will remember your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all your work and the talk of your deeds. How many times we only remember the troubles, the problems? People even blame God. But the psalmist said, I will remember your works, I will remember what you have already done. Surely I will remember your wonders of old. The psalmist said, In the days of my trial, I cried out, but I remember your deeds. Do not remember only the problems or blame God for the problems. Remember the deeds of the Lord. And in this faith, I want to pray together with you. Maybe you look or you talk more about the problems than the work of God. Let us now together pray. Let us talk to God. In the name of Jesus, O Lord, my God and my Father. Throughout of the week, this force I went through hardship, hard moment. Throughout this week, dispersed, suffered day and night, perhaps feeling pain, yes, excruciating pain, a shock pain that not even pen killer can take it away. Disperser that lost a family member this weak. Father God, there is this person that this very weak, lost the job, or was found sick. Lord, you are the healer. So come to heal this body in pain. Come to deliver this person. Bless my father this weekend, this family that is separated, falling apart. Bless my father, each one of them, and let there be peace. Have mercy on all of us. And bless the listeners of this podcast. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Now remember the works of the world. Talk more about the work, the things of God than the things of this world, the problems. God bless all of you. Have a good one. Send this link, this audio message to help somebody. Have a blessed day. Bye bye.
